1. The seller

Purchases made through this site are sold by Especia Fuel S.L., trading as Atelier Numen.

2. What is sold

Atelier Numen offers two distinct kinds of object, and the terms below apply differently to each:

• Unique Jewelry — a single, finished antique piece, issued to one custodian. Each is sold as described in its own record.
• Collections — a contemporary setting made to order around a documented antique element, built to the specification shown on its record once an order is placed.

3. Price and currency

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), with an indicative Swiss franc (CHF) conversion alongside. The euro price is the contractual one. Where the antique-goods margin scheme (REBU, Ley 37/1992) applies, the invoice is issued without a separate VAT breakdown, as that scheme requires.

4. Reservation and order

A reservation is complimentary and holds the piece for 24 hours while payment is completed. Payment methods and delivery details are shown at checkout pending — Daniel to provide once that flow is live.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer buying from within the EU, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase of a Unique Jewelry piece without giving a reason, per Directive 2011/83/EU and the TRLGDCU. From 19 June 2026, this is exercised through a dedicated withdrawal mechanism on the site pending — Daniel to provide — until it is built, withdrawal can be exercised by writing to studio@atelier-numen.com within the 14-day window.

Collections pieces are made to order around your chosen element and specification once you place the order. Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal; this exclusion is stated on the piece's record before the order is placed.

6. Conformity and guarantee

Objects must match what their record states. If a piece does not conform to its record, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, under the general three-year guarantee (RDL 7/2021). For the first two years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery, and it is the Company's burden to show otherwise.

What each record states is limited to what can be defended by type and period; it does not promise a find-spot, a named prior owner, or that the piece will increase in value.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms, carriers and lead times are confirmed at checkout pending — Daniel to provide once that flow is live.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. EU consumers can also bring a dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
