The record, in law
Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 September 20261. Who is responsible for your data
Especia Fuel S.L., trading as Atelier Numen, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
- Tax ID (CIF): B16402000
- Registered address: C/ Aguamarina, nº44, 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, Spain
- Contact for privacy matters: studio@atelier-numen.com
2. What this site actually collects today
Atelier Numen is a simple, static catalogue. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies, does not run visitor tracking, and does not maintain customer accounts.
The two places personal data reaches the Company are:
- The Arrivals — the newsletter form on the home page and on each object's record opens an email addressed to studio@atelier-numen.com from the visitor's own mail application, carrying the email address they choose to send. Nothing is transmitted to a server before that email is sent.
- Direct correspondence — writing to the Company by email, to arrange a viewing, ask about a piece, or begin a purchase.
Once the checkout for a purchase is live, this policy will be extended to cover order and delivery data before that feature is published.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to an enquiry — legitimate interest in answering the question asked, and pre-contractual steps at the visitor's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Sending arrivals — consent, given by voluntarily emailing an address to subscribe (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above.
4. How long data is kept
For as long as the correspondence or subscription is active, and for the period the Company needs to meet its legal and accounting obligations afterwards.
5. Who else sees it
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC). Loading a font from Google's servers can expose the visitor's IP address to Google as the technical operator of that service; no other data is shared with it. No data is sold, and no other third party currently processes visitor data on the Company's behalf. This section will be updated if that changes — for instance if the site adopts a hosted checkout, shipping provider or email platform.
6. Your rights
You can ask the Company, at any time, to access, correct, delete, restrict, or hand over a copy of your data, and you can object to how it is used. Write to studio@atelier-numen.com to exercise any of these. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can also complain to Spain's data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
