2. Purpose of the site

Atelier Numen catalogues and offers for sale two kinds of object: single, authenticated antique pieces of jewellery (Unique Jewelry) and contemporary settings made to order around a documented antique element (Collections). Each object is issued with its own record, described in the piece's own page.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, illustrations, object records, the Atelier Numen name and mark, and the design of this site are the property of the Company or used under licence. No part of the site may be reproduced, distributed or communicated publicly without prior written authorisation, other than for private, non-commercial use.

4. Object records

Each object's record states what can be defended by type and period; it does not claim a find-spot, a prior owner or a future value unless the record says so explicitly. Where a record cites a third party (a museum accession, a specialist's opinion), that citation is attributed and can be verified independently.

5. Liability

The Company takes reasonable care to keep the site's content accurate and current, but does not warrant that it is free of error at every moment, and is not liable for uses of the site that fall outside its intended purpose.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Where the visitor is a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules may also give jurisdiction to the courts of the consumer's own domicile.
