If you are a consumer and bought a Unique Jewelry piece, you can withdraw within fourteen days of delivery without giving a reason. Fill in the form and press Confirm withdrawal: a copy of your declaration, with its date and time, reaches your inbox at once.
Collections pieces are made to your specifications and are excluded from withdrawal (Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU), as stated before payment. The three-year legal guarantee applies to them in full; to report a lack of conformity, write to studio@atelier-numen.com.
